Widescreen Layout
Modern three-column design optimized for wide screens and multi-tasking.
- Folder list on the left.
- Message list in center column.
- Preview pane on the right.
- Efficient use of screen real estate.
Best For: Modern widescreen monitors, users who like to see everything at once.
Desktop Layout
Classic two-pane design similar to traditional email clients like Thunderbird.
- Wide message list at the top.
- Preview pane underneath.
- Familiar traditional layout.
- Good for reading longer messages.
Best For: Users familiar with Thunderbird, Outlook, or legacy Cotse interface.
List Layout
Minimalist design focusing on message management without preview distraction.
- No preview pane.
- Full message list view.
- Double-click to open messages.
- Maximum space for message management.
Best For: Users who prefer to open messages in separate windows, focused email triage.
How to Change Your Layout
- Log into your CodaMail account.
- Click Settings in the top menu.
- Navigate to Preferences.
- Select Mailbox View.
- Choose your preferred Layout from the dropdown.
- Click Save to apply changes.
